Buying a case

I was looking at these 2 cases (good sale):

I think the smaller case looks cooler and i want something i can atleast pick up. The thing that scares me away is that the Premium only has one fan included, should i just get that and buy an extra fan or two or will the one fan keep my gaming computer cool? I also like the audio ports in the premium since i don't have a sound card or speakers and am going to be using headphones or a headset. And lastly, are these two good cases or is there anything else on newegg that would be better?

its gonna take 4ever to get the mail in rebates though
and your not even guarenteed to get em
