Building a nice computer, suggestions?

As the title states, I'm planning on buying a rather nice computer that will be able to run games such as HL2 with a little room to spare, if possible. I do have a budget, so I'll attempt to find some good deals on Ebay when possible, but I'll be using newegg.com for price references and such. I've thought of a few of the components, but i have many a gap to fill.

Motherboard: Not sure.

Processer: AMD 64 3200, though still not completely sure.

RAM: 1 gig of Kingston HyperX pc4000, though pretty unsure.

Hardrives: One 36.7gb Western Digital Raptor (10k RPM).
One 80gb Western Digital (7.2k RPM).

Video: ATI Radeon 9800 XT (256?)...unsure.

That's all I have for now, and all of it is customizable since I won't be buying until the early summer (Early June, even). I could use some help with parts, keeping in mind a fairly restrictive budget.

Your parts look good to me. The 9800XT is the best card you can get right now so its going to be expensive which might not be a good thing if you're on a limited budget. But if you're buying in summer, hopefully ATI's next card will be out by then which should drive the price of current cards down.
