well far as i know there is no such thing as a socket 939 3400+

OMG, you people, their is. It's an OEM only. I should know because I have one. Search for threads created by me in overclocking section for CPU-Z pics

I like mine good, their the exact same as a 3500+ newcastle, except OEM only and a different name

Oc's good too for me (I am only at 2.5 ghz stable at 1.75 volts. However the FPU is unstable at these speeds, but i can game without ever crashing)
