Build SLI ANY ADVICE?

Howdie all--
build a Sli-compurt.its take 2 weeks for thr coice and reasurch of component to use-
here what I have gooten so far
-=Asus Dexlux Mobo Sli compateablitiy.Preety near the top.
-=Zelum super coller fan heatsink for cpu
-=300.gig maxtor 16cache (better) reviews? Sata of cours
-=aaasuper tall LANlIA CASE-ON WHEEL POWER SUPPLY flips soits on the bottum of case very good set
-=2xEVGA 6800 PCEexpress cards--beer or worse?
-=theromax 600 sli power supply good reviews but Power and coolling are thr best!!
-=2 stick od courair XMP 512 3200 w/ cool lights==! gig total==Not enough?Should I use 2 Sticks @ 1gig--or 4 512gigs sticks? best proformase from 2 or 4 sticksof memory help with question!!??l
-=looking at a AND3500 chip. Any ideas here? Is the Venice core better than othes?

I've heard in some applications that a 1GB of ram can be better than 2GB as in some applications (those that dont need 2GB) that you are worse off for getting 2GB and are betta getting 1GB i dont know this from personal experience but alot of reviews show that having 2GB can slow you down
