Default Budget Video Card

What would be the best video card for under $100? I'm not looking to spend a great deal of money on a video card since I'm not a hardcore gamer, but I would still like something decent.

A decent but cheap one i found is the NVidia 64MB video card, it costs about $60 at Circuit City, but if you go to http://www.newegg.com/app/manufact.a...alog=48&DEPA=1 you can find 128MB video cards for less than $100!

Which card would be a better deal? The Radeon 9200 128MB for $70 or the GeForce FX 5600 128MB for $50?

5600 by far. even the 5200 outperforms the ati 9200, so the 5600 would beat it by far
