BTX Motherboards

When does the new BTX form for motherboards become available out side the high-end gaming companies? I have seen voodoo's new SLI AMDFX55 BTX pc. It looks nice. I am wondering when we will start to see these boards on newegg.

I have heard of it, but I know neither what it is (a form factor, duh, but how diff), nor it's release date.

I have heard that btx is susposed to creat a better setup than atx for cooling and performace.
