Default BSOD Concerning WIN32K.SYS

I get a BSOD randomly and every time I get the Page_Fault_In_Nonpage_Area and it displays the name of the file WIN32K.sys. I think its from either overheating, or possibly my Mobo BIOS settings, Bad RAM, an error in my Windows XP setup, IRQ's getting shared, Or because I only have service pack 1, Or something with my Video Card. Which one seems most likely?
