Broadcom 56K Modem BCM4212KQL

I have 20 of these modems but cannot get any of these to detect. They are not like regular modems. They will not detect.
It takes some kind of setup file to get it done.

I cannot find a driver or program that will load this modem.
I setup my machines with window 98 SE and windows ME. Neither operating system like these modems.

i think win xp can detect the modems, mine did.

Yes. XP just about detects everthing. Good Operating System.
The machines that the modems are going in are Dink machines, anywhere from 300mhz to 800mhz. (machines I'm selling). I set up the lower end pentiums with windows 98. I'm looking for a driver that will work with either ME or 98.
