Brass standoffs

I just tryed posting this but its not up on forum...but ill do it again. Do the little washers for the standoffs go between the Standoffs and case or between the standoffs and mobo?

between the mobo, and the head of the screw. the mobo can sit right on the riser's.

i used electrical tape on the riser's though its not nessessary at all. i just treat mobo's lke babys and pamper them.

The washers are absolutely not needed at all. Most "decent" MOBO's are made with enough space around the outside of the screw-head that nothing will be in contact with them and short anything out. As long as you screw, your screws straight... It's all good...
