boot up error messege

when i boot up, it always stops on the error mesege that says:

CPU unusable or has been changed"

so what do i do now? i cant load windows and my atempt to reinstall it did not work.

Did you jump your core voltage or Front Side Bus settings?

Does it at least get to the point of telling you what type of CPU you have? If so, is it correct?

Try going into your bios and choosing the lowest settings and see if it runs. If so, then little by little start bringing up your FSB setting till your clock speed goes to normal.
