Default boot problem

I have an occasional problem where my pc will sometimes not boot, instead, it goes to the first screen where it shows my graphics card details, and then instead of going to the Abit screen, it just restarts again. I think I narrowed the cause down to whether or not i turn the pc off by the psu at the back or not. Everytime this happens it seems to reset my time clock too in windows, and my uguru clock.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks.

There is a big battery on your mobo, replace it and your BIOS settings will be saved along with your clock time.

Maybe you should reset your BIOS. Check the manual.
