Board BEEPING!!!

I Just bought a new Leadtek Winfast K7NCR18GM motherboard to my new HTPC but the board just beeps in quick succession about 5 beeps (hard to tell exact because its VERY fast) then there is a short pause followed by continuous beeping.

All settings are default and I have tried differerent processors and different memory with no luck.

Anyone any ideas please?

its phoenix bios, which isnt the most simple to troubleshoot...

1 long beep
2 short beep
pause
constant beeping

RMA time i think...
