Hope this is in the right place - blue screens are a hardware problem so I believe!!

After introduction of Trend PC-cillin and use of Mozilla Firefox all spyware seems to be eliminated and not returning.
I am now experiencing blue screens which I attribute to video/graphics card/drivers, and am in argument with my PC supplier (purchased 8/04). There are no conflicts (yellow exclamation marks) in device manager.

**Edit - some blue screens are tiltled "Irql_not_less_or_equal"!**

Certain files get nominated on each blue screen, here is a list of them:
ntfs.sys
Sisgrv.dll (this is video/graphics orientated)
Tmxpflt.sys (this is Trend orientated)
Tm_cfw.sys (this is Trend orientated)
Win32k.sys
Usbport.sys
Mouclass.sys

The blue screen generally occurs when connected using my recently added DSL modem through USB port and Shareaza, a p2p and bittorrent download program (only using for bt).

I also get numerous Trend pop-ups detailing prevention of two virii detected trying to access pc, which I also detest, and seem to be causing pc bother.

Is there a USB port conflict, I've heard that they can power off etc.?

Software for graphics and DSL modem are as supllied and most recent issue.

Has anyone got any comments and preferrably recommendations. How do establish what is the exact cause of blue screens?
How do I check memory?
How do I check video/graphics card?
How do I check USB port is not at fault?

Try reinstalling trend and your PC drivers. Sounds like your PC never fully recovered from an infection
