(Bittornado) Isolating user to only seed to him/her.

I'm using Bittornado, and so is my one friend. He is experiencing extremely low download rates. And I'm uploading at a rate of around 80kb/s. Is there a way I can just seed to him and no one else for the time being?

not throught bittorent u cant but u have a few options.
1.both get on IM and send it that way.
2.someone set up an FTP
3.have him bring his computer over and hook it up to your router and send it instantly.

I don't think that will work.

1. IM speed is less than what he is getting now.
2. I don't know how to set up an ftp, and even if I did, it would take too long for him to start all over.
3. He lives in Scotland.

80kbps is the maximum speed you can upload on your type of a line

80*8 = 640. We have 3 meg / 640K service.

This has nothing to do with hardware.....atleast move it to the 'networking' or software section
