BIOS issue

I recently purchased an ASUS A7N8X mother board. Installation was easy. I booted up and everything was fine.
After I went into the BIOS to change the system time and date, hit F10 to save & exit, the system would not boot up.

No beeps, no video, NO NOTHING!
I had to clear the CMOS to get it to boot again. I then went back into BIOS, did absolutely nothing, saved & exited, SAME DAMN THING!!!

Again, I had to clear the CMOS to boot.

Any suggestions?

Long shot, but change the battery if you have one around, or download the bios and flash it.

I forgot to put that in my post. I did change the battery. Guess flashing will be next. Then I'll flash my BIOS...muahaha

Thanks for the tip. I've tried everything possible up to this point. After this RMA!!!
Get this, I have another MB, but the version is older 1.04. I went into that BIOS change the Performance from Optimal to aggressive, with not OC'ing and ((BOOM)). That MB crashed....WTF!!!!
I like these boards. I have OC'ed plenty, but these last 2 are crap.
