Default Biometric Encryption System

If a company would make a RAID controller card with encryption and fingerprint authentication how interested would you be in it? I am curious, as I am talking with a company's representative right now about something like that. I am trying to help them come up with ideas. They seem quite happy to listen to my suggestions.

Not everyone has fingerprints. As you age the fingerprint becomes smooth and difficult to document. I am not trying to be a pain here, just wanted to give .02 cents worth.

I don't think you need to go as far as fingerprint authentication. The added cost is not worth it. I would just use disk encryption with a USB token like this
