Default Big Problem

My new computer was working fine, but now I keep getting this error message saying "Windows- No Disk" It says there is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive.

What is going with this error message and how do I get rid of it?

little more info, pls... like when EXACTLY does this happen, what was the last thing you were doing with it, any software prev installed, any event logs, is that the exact error message, does it boot up after that?
