Also, if I don't buy a motherboard with a amd athlon 64 but I already have a Pentium 4, there are different type of chipsets on TigerDirect if I goto a Pentium 4 motherboard.

There's:

Ali Chipsets
ATI Chipsets
Intel Chipsets
SiS Chips
and VIA Chipsets
---also, there's different types of versions in those subcategories..

I have a pentium 4 519J..if that doesn't have to do with the chipsets, then what does? I'm kind of inexperienced on these kind of things. I plan to get a 8x AGP Geforce 5500 video card.

--Thanks A lot in advance :)--

Yes but I need a motherboard that comes with an AMD Athlon 64 processor because i'm unfamiliar with the different types and can't spend too much on it..

I do have an Intel Pentium 4 Processor that's a 519J but I don't know which one's support it..

Quite frankly both are garbage, if you want a socket 754 motherboard I'd stick with the DFI 250GB, I'd personally recommend stepping up to socket 939 and based upon what you're looking at, it seems you need an AGP slot therefore the MSI Neo2-FIR is your best bet.

I know but how about a motherboard that supports an Intel Pentium 4..

The processor I have already is an Intel Pentium 4 519J [3.06 Ghz]

Mike, before you make your mind up. What will you be doing on this computer? All processors are built different, so lets find out what you need a processor for. Then make an accurate decision apon what processor you should purchase.
