Default Which is better?

...an Abit AA8XE-Fatal1ty with a Celeron D 330J overclocked to ~4.0 GHz or an Abit AA8-Duramax with a Pentium 4 520 overclocked to ~3.2 GHz w/o hitting a wall.

You know, i think the fatality boards are mostly hype. The price of them is just crazy, I would go with the duramax and the P4. The 520 can go to 3.36 without a problem at all, that's what mine is up to but I am having ABIT uguru problems that are holding me there.
