Best Way for Airline Travel with Tower?

Original box and mark it FRAGILE? You know how those airline baggage guys throw around stuff. Maybe a box with good spongy foam? Any ideas?

Big box, with blankets surrounding the machine, then tape the blankets together so It doesn't slide around. Mark as Very Fragile.

They check it though, and all they are going to see is a load of wires and assume its a bomb. I thought you need to call the airline to tell them this?

1000's of PC's are shipped by "air" everyday. As long as it's properly packed for protection, it will be totally fine. Take out some fragile package insurance if you're really worried about it. It costs like $20 - $1000. Depending on the claimed value of the parcel.
