Default Best Video Card for $70.00?

What is the best video card I could get for $70.00 or below? All I am asking from it is tv out and it to be able to play some decent 3-D games.

How about this one...

It's my opinion that you should save some more cash and buy a real card...

BTW..if you are a hard core gamer, you should save for a real card, but if you are a casual gamer you won't have any problems with the Radeon 9600 Pro. Stay away from the GeForce FX series, it sucks.

What!! beedubaya recommending ATI!!!!

*rubbing eyes* (Sorry , i know you have had issues with ATI.)

I had an FX5200 and it did suck. I thought the 5500 would be better though.

After looking at the 9600 pro, i'll add my vote to that card. it seems like a descent card for the bucks..

He only has a problem with the current Generation of ATi's. He is obviously an open minded person who doesnt stick to one side like most people here. Everyone will admit, except those people attatched to one side or the other, that the 9000 series owned the 5000 nvidias, but now the 6000 nvidias are wiping the floor with the x800 series.

ATI's rocked, last generation

I would say 9550, but the 9600Pro is pretty cheap and better

I have a 9600XT in my P4 2.6 Ghz and it plays HL2 pretty well.
