i have another question

i thought to hard about this one now i dont know the answer to it, i used to but that was before i thought about it to much
well will an 8x apg interface fit in a 4x? or vis versa

You can use an x8 AGP card in a x4 slot and vice versa. It will run slower though.

ok i hate to keep askin questions but im a very curious kid, the radeon 9600 xt, is that any good? what does it compare to witth nvidia's card?

the 9600 is a 256.

All the ATI 9x00 series are better than their nvidia counterparts. Anything after that is a different story.
