best performance/price motherboard/chipset for athlon xp

i'm planning to buy a Athlon XP 3200+, but i wonder what is the best motherboard (VIA, SIS, nForce chipset) in performance range but at affordable price. And i think i don't want one with on board graphic card. what motherboard (manufacturer+series) should i consider to buy?

hmmmm...i think the nForce2 chip set works good with the xp cpu's but i don't think they are to user friendly with the 64's. i think the nForce will do good for you. also i hear the nForce works really good with an nVdia vid card.

yep, i've been thinking to buy nForce2 chipset based motherboard. but just now i found that VIA KT800 is good too. so how is both compared?
