Default Best options for bluetooth

I just ordered a Dell 700M notebook, and it will be here in a few days.

I'm thinking about bluetoothing the computer, since I have a bluetooth phone and a bluetooth PDA.

What is the best plugin device for notebooks to enable bluetooth? I've looked devices that connect through USB, and the PCMCIA card slot. The USB device sticks out a lot, but the PCMCIA cards seem to be more expensive. Anyone have done this and have any feedback?

Also, I'm thinking about getting a bluetooth receiver for my printer and speakers. This means that I can sit on my couch, play music through my speakers, print, and connect to the internet( I have WiFi). I've put together a prospective package and it totals out to about $300.

Will I regret it? (I am a bit lazy, so maybe its worth it?
