Default best mb for intel p4?

what is the best mb for p4?i do alot of gaming and want to try overclocking.these are the 3 im trying to choose from:
dfi lan party 875
asus p4c800-e deluxe
abit iic7 max 3

I'd go with the Abit. I have the IC7-G MaxII and its pretty nice and easy to overclock.

Um...well what if some people (me) don't want to overclock our CPU (Intel P4 3GHz) and money is a tight thing with us (I can spend up to $800 with a comp. I'm building). Should I go with the Asus mobo?

Asus makes some very reliable boards. Sounds like a good fit for your sans overclocked build.
