7600gt outperforms the 6800gs by a bit and it has supprt for new features that the GS doesn't. also i think the 7600gt is on the new 90nm die process (i believe the new 7*** series cards are) which should give it a slight advantage at overclocking

Definately the 7600gt. I really wish it had 256bit memory though... then it would truely own.
