Best cheap powersupply? PFC?

Ok, Since my 12v is only running at ~11.65v most of the time, I think its about time for a new powersupply.

I do like PFC... Is it really that nice?


So far, I've found:
Thermaltake Silent PurePower, 420W, ( Active PFC ), ATX power supply.Intel Pentium 4 Compliant

...or the non-PFC version Thermaltake Silent PurePower, 420W ATX power supply.UL, CSA, TUV, CE Approved. Intel Pentium 4 Compliant

....or theres of course, Antec and Enermax... anyone reccamend some from them? Link me up, Scotty!

Zalman do a damn good 400W PSU. really quiet and the voltages are bang on.

35 amps on the +12v rail! My curent one only has 12amps lol.

Are Aspires good? I've heard of the brand but dont have any experience with them.

I don't know... it gets good reviews and it's not like it's an off brand or anything. I like the +12v amp rating since I have a few lights and about 8 fans that will run off of it.
