I was wondering what the best "budget" graphics card out there is. I.E. under $300.

you can't beat the price to performance ratio that nvidia has. an ati that is the same as another nvidia card is ussualy gonna cost more.

i live in Canada so it would be around 250 American, and how does newegg work like do they send you the parts or is there stores?
