Default Best budget 754 mobo?

i'm buying a mobo/cpu (i already got the cpu picked out, 3400+/sock754) for a friend and ...
i was wondering if any of these are good enough for gaming (and by that, i mean it is comparable to other, more expensive mobos at the $120 range such as http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...&sku=A458-2102)
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...152-043&depa=1
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...127-178&depa=1
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...180-061&depa=1

kinda out of his price range, but also these:
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...127-190&depa=1
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...128-241&depa=1

and if there is any mobo that's $70-80 and has decent quality compared to the $120 abits, msi's and asus's that i didn't mention, can anyone plz suggest them to me? ty

one last question, is there any site that's as good as newegg (on pricing and shipping as newegg)

i WAS going to buy the 64 3400+/abit av8 mobo/cpu combo but i read so many bad things about tiger direct's rebates that i chose not to buy from them (it's so tempting to buy from them though, does any one know if their crappy rebate is real? and that's it's a dice roll to get your rebate?)
