Default best AMD core?

For those of you following my multiple threads on my purchase this is yet another one. haha
I already bought the Ps, case, mobo, vid card
I am just about to buy the processor now. I was wondering what the best core is for the AMD 3200+? I was thinking newcastle but I have also heard that clawhammer is good. Never had an amd before so I'm not too keen on these things. I'm looking for the fastest one and/or coolest/most easily overclocked.

@ DJ-CHRIS the fx55 is a clawhammer as far as i know.

Ive read that the clawhammer is a very good core, i think the winchester is slightly worse in terms of performance BUT because the winchester runs so cool it is better for overclocking which evens things out.

Your right about the clawhammer as well as the whinchester being slightly lower peformance. That's about a 0.1 peformance thing
