Default Badly needed, USB wiring diagram.

What I need is a diagram that tells me what each wire dose what, i.e:
Yellow = power
Green = Data
Black = Data 2

Get what I mean? If you do could you post a link to what I am looking for I have googled it several times and I just can't find what I am looking for.

black = GND, white (or yellow) = data (-), green (or blue) = data (+), red = VCC + 5 volt. I am sure you have seen this don't know the difference between data- and data+.

Close but not what I am looking for. I need a picture and text description for differing types of USB devices or what the normal arangement is. Thank's again for that info though it has filled in a few of the blanks.
