Bad HardDrive?

I was thinking for a while it might have been the PSU. It's a two year old Antec 500W.

I've been building computers for 10 years now, and this problem has totally owned me.

well youve changed everything BUT the software, hint hint

go to the HDD manufacturor's website and download there diag utility then try to RMA the drive if it is cauing error's

Check the AGP aperture settings in the BIOS, turn it down to 64MB if higher than that

And this has NOTHING to do with the harddrive
