I posted this TOPIC in the audio forum.

My hardware question is do you think my soundcard my need to be upgraded from a defualt 6-channel mobo soundcard?

You really should upgrade as it saves CPU cycles, and offers better sound quality. Not to mention that cheap sound cards at high volumes can dammage your ears.

And their is a high chance that your problem is caused by a hardware problem in the intergrated sound, which you will not be able to fix.

i had a look at the other topic and the guys answer sounds pretty much like i would say. i don't know. but i suppose that it doesnt leave many options. get a sound card. but do u have any problems with anything other than that? because i would rather just miss out on that and save some money but im cheap
