ATX PSU Question

Hi

Is there anyway to turn on a standard ATX power supply without going through a motherboard?

I know that it could be done with an AT power supply with its power switch but ATX power supplies don't have one.

Take the Green wire and put it on one of the grounds beside it which is a black wire. You will need a switch on the back of the PSU to turn it off and on...
