Default Atx Or Btx

Does anyone think BTX will become the norm? I know intel seem to think so but will AMD follow suit. I bought my case as its upgradable to BTX standards But will it actually come to fruition?.

i doubt it... at least not in the foreseeable future.

BTX is a great idea, but Intel tried to make it a major revolution. AMD CPUs do not run as hot as the Prescotts do, so the AMDs do not have to have a complete restructure of the mobo's layout to compensate.

Maybe... somewhere down the line... but not right now.
