Its probably just static or something, your on dial up i guess?

Anyways i wonder who 221.216.127.176 is lol, they done a lot of port scans one day......

Norton can be supremely stupid at times. Over the course of my using it, it has said that I have been attacked (or [ort scanned, can't remember which) by 0.0.0.0, myself, and some sony site it didn't like. Granted it is just looking for patterns and by no means made a mistake, but it is still comical. And isn't 0.0.0.0 an impossible IP, sort of like anything ending in 255?

You can have something end in 255, just not 256. And i like Sygate better than Zonealarm because Zonealarm has SEVERAL known problems with Battle.net games.

Give us a day/time that this happened. We will be happy to investigate any such activity.

lol yeah I'm really gonna waste my time and energy trying to 'do something' to some random person at TF

I can honestly say I wouldn't even have the know how to begin to do it....perhaps if I was still a mod and could get your IP, but even then no one here is worth that much trouble

I dunno but it's pretty fun when

Someone you know has a connection with a download slower than your upload

Start about 10 windows pinging them infinatly with huge packets.

that was like a DOS attack, but not one.

find the number of theplanet.com's customer service or something and tell them

or you could file an abuse report

I doubt it or i could file an abuse report against Sequent Computer Systems because its there damned servers that keep scanning my ports and shit...
