ATI radeon 9800

Ok so yeah i bough this 9800 non pro in hops that i could flash the bios and turn it to a pro i did that succefully no porblems now i know that the 9800 series is all built on the same bord and the only dif is that one hase more ram and more clock speeds but pretty much the same GPU would it be safe for me to do a from pro to XT bios falsh now?

Well I doubt OC'ing your card won't immediatley damage your card. Just slowly boost performance until your certain that windows is running stable. Then hop in a hardware intensive game like UT2k4 or if you have it, Doom 3. Play it for an hour or so, if you start noticing glitches then that means you need to tone it down.

yeah im not overclocking it though i just wanna flash the bios like i did to make it a Pro oh yeah and if cooling is an issue i ordered a new VGA heat sink ill be geating in 2 days
