ATI AIW Radeon 9600 output problem!!!!

This AGP video card has been giving me problems lately. It worked fine for the first couple weeks and then started to act really wired. It started to show crazy vertical lines that were dependant upon where the mouse pointere was on the screen. I took a pic with my digi can to show you guys what it looks like. Don't know if anyone has any idea what the problem may be but I'm stumped. It's not the monitor or the system, I swapped the vi card to another PC and it still did it. seems to happen after it has been on for awhile, but the card is running COOL. No heat problems at all.

OK, if you recently overclocked your card, please restore the frequencies and speeds to their default values. If you didn't overclock it, it's time you buy a new video card because yours is DEAD .

meh it's artifacting

it's probably going to die or you can try dling a new driver (can be found at www.guru3d.com)

1st. Crop that image.
2nd. I would RMA it.

That isnt artifacts, artifacts are due to heat. That's like dead DAC's.

RMA or replace are your only options.
