Dual Channel Memory Controller:
AMD Athlon 64 3500+ (socket 939) 130nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 512k @ 2.20GHz (?)
AMD Athlon 64 3800+ (socket 939) 130nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 512k @ 2.40GHz (?)
AMD Athlon 64 4000+ (socket 939) 90nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 512k @ 2.60GHz (Winchester)
AMD Athlon 64 4200+ (socket 939) 90nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 512k @ 2.80GHz (Winchester)
AMD Athlon 64 4400+ (socket 939) 90nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 512k @ 3.00GHz (Winchester)

AMD Athlon 64FX-51 (socket 940) 130nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 1MB @ 2.20GHz (SledgeHammer)
AMD Athlon 64FX-53 (socket 940) 130nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 1MB @ 2.40GHz (SledgeHammer)
AMD Athlon 64FX-53 (socket 939) 130nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 1MB @ 2.40GHz (SledgeHammer)
AMD Athlon 64FX-55 (socket 939) 90nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 1MB @ 2.60GHz (San Diego)
AMD Athlon 64FX-57 (socket 939) 90nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 1MB @ 2.80GHz (San Diego)
AMD Athlon 64FX-59 (socket 939) 90nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 1MB @ 3.00GHz (San Diego)

Then the Dual Core 90 nm, SOI Toledo core will take over the A64-FX line. (Very Fast!)

Is there anymore info about the dual 90nm core anywhere?

FX-55 isnt on 90nm, nor does any higher clock veriosn of Athlon 64.

AMD starte it from the base (lower clock processors) and will go up gradually.

currently 3500+, 3200+ and 3000+ ONLY are on Winchester on 939 pin model on L2= 512k and Dual Channel Memory Bandwidth - None Other

I found this info here:
http://www.a1-electronics.net/AMD_Se..._Roadmap.shtml

which has a little on the dual core CPU's

the 4000+ has 512kb L2 cache, and the FX-53 has 1MB

4000+ has 1MB L2 cache and same die size a of FX Series @ 193 mm(2).

if it would have been with L2 = 512, then die size would have been 144mm.

http://www.amd.com/us-en/Processors/...E10248,00.html

this is AMD's own site. they havent showed any 4000+ with L2=512

as if this is the case, then here is my definition of Athlon 64 4000

AMD Athlon64 4000+ (socket 1200) 45nm - L1 cache 2MB - L2 Cache 16MB @ 4.0GHz (B*** S***)
