the difference between a Venice 3200+ and Venice 3500+, or a Newcastle 3200+ and 3500+ is the stock speed.
the Northwood's overclock the same, the Venices overclock the same (the venices really overclock) so you may as well get the 3000+ Venice, overclock and save some money while getting a very high performing CPU

i'd rather have a 3200+ and those dfi lanparty ultra-d OCZ ram and a zalman 7700-cu fan to play with rather than a very expensive FX-55

Yeah.. That would be pretty sweet. Personally, I am just going to go with a 3000+ Venice.. Save myself $50 Cdn. It should still overclock like a monster..
