Question Asus a8v raid?

I have an Asus A8V Deluxe motherboard. I have two SATA hard drives that I would like run in RAID 0. The motherboard has 4 connectors for SATA drives. Two of the connectors are labeled SATA connectors (SATA1 SATA2) and two of them are SATA_RAID connectors (SATA_RAID1 SATA_RAID2). I would like to know what the difference is between these types of connectors. Which connectors should I use for my setup? The two SATA drives will be the only HDD's being used in my computer.
