Question ASRock Mobo and Elixir RAM

I currently have

2x ELIXIR ORIGINAL 512MB PC3200 400Mhz DDR 184PIN

and am planning on getting a

ASRock K7Upgrade-880 Socket A (Socket 462) VIA KT880 ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail

its a motherboard that have 4x DIMM so maybe in a few months when i get more money i can put another 2x 512s. i was wondering if anyone knows if elixir RAM is compatable with an ASRock motherboard, so i dont waste $50 on it.

-Thanks

It will work

No point in having over 1 gig though, you wont use more than that
