Default ASPX File?

So im trying to open a ASPX file for an agreement i need to sign, but it doesnt seem to wanna open, i tryed opening it in word,notepad, just comes up with alot of code

How do i open this up?

From what I could see, open it with any browser.

ASPX is an asp.net extension. It must be part of a website that was saved, however asp.net pages need a capable server to display correctly. Asp.Net projects also need to be deployed and built to function.
