Arctic Cooling Silent vs. Thermaltake Silent Boost Hsf

Can someone please advice me on which of the two HSF's i've listed below is better? I am looking for one that is both quiet and doesn't sacrifice too much, in terms of thermal protection. Both seem to be good and I am just having a hard time deciding. Thanks!
