Default apg fastwrite= lower performance?

my system
asrock socket A
2400+ sempron
radeon 9800pro
700mb's ram

i did a 3dmark03 with fast write disabled and scored 5342
then i enabled it and scored lower 5318. now i know the difference between the 2 in not noticable, but shouldnt the the score with fastwrite on be at least a few hundred marks higher?

well with a sytem liek that you can only make it so much faster, agp is slow as it is....
but that probaly being the best part of your comp it wont make it better at all really, dont worry keep it on if it doesnt hurt, dont worry about 3dmark scores if you got a 2400+
