Anti Static Mat

does anyone know of an anti-static mat I can put on my desk for when I am working with computers. Are they even effective? I ground myself before I work on computers, i just want to see if there is any more I can do...Suggestions are appreciated.

Well, it all depends on where you are standing (or sitting). You should be standing on the mat so that you are constantly releasing your static discharge and not building it up.

I am talking about the ones you sit on your desktop so that you can work on them and put parts on them.
