Default Another HDD

I already have two hard drives, 200GB and a 40GB, how do i add another? I mean like, i only have two slots on ide cable, and i cant add another ide cable because they are both being used two hdd's and two dvd burners.

either purchase a sata hd or an ide pci card, something like this
