Default AMD XP 3200 vs. AMD 64 3000

About to purchase new pc for gaming...if both systems are going to have an nvidia 5900 card, which would you get...the AMD xp or the AMD 64?

It seems for the buck, the AMD XP would be just as good since hardly anything is 64 bit yet........Please educate me if i am wrong, i know just enough to be dangerous...

Thanks!

AMD 64!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!

Although it is a bit expensive, MAN THOSE THINGS RULE.

The 64 bit already is showing improvements in lots of PC games, and in the future, it will probably be the leading processor, so i would definetely suggest getting that one.

I sure wish i had one =(

That would lay my Athlon XP to rest! =P
