AMD plus?

I did a search and couldn't find anything.

this may be a dumb question but i just want to get an answer. Is there a difference from the AMD Athlon XP 3000 and the AMD Athlon XP 3000+ or was someone just to lazy to put the plus on the first one? Thanks guys
