But for my opinion, the asus mobo more stronger.
 
1) VIA is a million times better than nForce.

2) Asus sucks (they used to be good). Gigabyte is good, however it is based upon the original AMD design (64), therefore it does not support any low lantency RAM.

3) ABIT (by far) are the most powerful and reliable motherboards out there.
 
If I had to choose between Asus or Gigabyte... It would be Asus, only because they incorperated the VIA K8T800 north bridge.
